Volunteer
Volunteers help Millbrook Marsh continue to be an educational and recreational asset to our community. We have regular and single-day volunteers ranging from organized groups to individuals and families. Volunteer opportunities include:
- Cleaning the barn
- Picking up trash on the grounds and trails
- Invasive species removal
- Painting signs, posts, and buildings
- Garden maintenance
- Trail maintenance

Garden Work and Learn Sessions
Grow your garden knowledge and help your community! Join Danielle Lanagan, Volunteer Garden Coordinator and Millbrook Marsh Naturalist, for our Garden Work and Learn Sessions. Participants meet at the Pollinator Garden. The session will be canceled in the event of inclement weather. Time: 5:30 PM until October when it gets dark earlier. Service Projects
Millbrook Marsh Nature Center is thankful to have benefited from several service projects, including the preservation of our beautiful native plant garden and the creation of our kiosks and bulletin boards. If you or your group has an idea for a project, we want to hear it! Youth groups welcome!
Program Volunteers
The Nature Center is seeking enthusiastic, energetic volunteers to help lead nature programs at the center and organized, efficient, volunteers with professional communication skills to assist with event preparation. Great for students who need volunteer hours and community members to get involved in an amazing natural setting. Applications can be submitted here. The CRPR Child Safety Policy applies to volunteer positions.
