A Walk With Grief is not an exercise program but instead a time of coming together with others who are grieving a loss and...walking. Walking to move grief from the inside to the outside. Walking to benefit from physical activity. Walking to connect with the healing aspects of nature. And walking to know you're not alone. You can speak and share with others, or you can move about in silence. The important thing is to show up. Sessions will be one hour and held at different parks in our community. There will be six sessions and participants will receive park information once registration is complete.  Participants are required to bring a mask. If you choose to walk and talk, you are required to wear your mask. If you choose to walk in silence we will ask you to put on your mask when the group stops and gathers together.

Namaste & Rosé! Join Yoga instructor, Elle Morgan at University Wine Co. for a one-hour vinyasa flow yoga class that will invigorate the body and the mind. The class will take place outdoors right next to the vineyard. Immediately following the class, participants will head into the winery to purchase, at a discount, wines by the fight or glass. An extensive list of dry to sweet award-winning wines is available - red, white, rosé, and sparkling. No experience necessary and all you need to do is bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water, and a friend to enjoy your wine with! (Due to PA law, wine must be sold separately.) All dates are rain or shine. In the event of rain or cold weather, the class will be held indoors within eyesight of the vineyards. (COVID-19 Protocols followed social distancing and masking until the class starts and upon entering the winery.)  Register now!

MetKonRX Express is science-driven metabolic conditioning. This is a full-body interval class that works all planes, different energy systems, and multiple muscle groups. The combination of functional strength training and cardio conditioning is an efficient way to build muscle, burn fat, and torch calories. MetKonRx is designed to improve strength, power, athletic performance, and core stability. It's a fast-moving, fun, and results-driven class that's easily accessible to all levels. Weight training is a type of strength training that uses weights for resistance. Weight training provides stress to the muscles that cause them to adapt and get stronger. Effective weight training depends on proper technique. This class is designed to strengthen and tone the upper and lower body using proper and safe techniques. You will need a set of hand weights, a mat, and a chair (sometimes).  This class is offered Live Online through Zoom. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. For this class, we will be using a minute intense period followed by 20 second rest period. The class is a 4X4 meaning four different intervals repeated four times. You will need a set of hand weights, a mate, and a chair (sometimes).  This class is offered Live Online through Zoom.
