Pool Rentals & Reservations

Rentals for Private Groups

Full Pool Rentals: The pools are available to rent during the regular operating season from 8-10 PM on Friday and Saturday evenings.  Lap Lane Rentals are available between 6:30 AM and 10 PM during regular operating hours, when there is no previously scheduled use of lap sections. To provide proper staffing, reservations must be made a minimum of 14 calendar days in advance and must be approved by the Aquatics Supervisor.

*Only available for training groups, in season, wishing to use the lap lanes (at either site) with no water features and requiring only two (2) lifeguards and a Manager for the rental period. Proof of insurance is required by requesting group.  Off season rentals may be available for an additional fee.

• Regular rentals include use of all pools, water features, shade structures and pavilions. The proper forms must be completed for pool rental request. The rental fee must be paid in full no less than 7 days prior to the event. All regular pool rules and municipal ordinances apply.
• All vendors and service contractors utilized during a rental must be approved in advance by the Agency Director. A Certificate of Insurance is also required. 
• Per municipal ordinances, the possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages on park properties is prohibited.

Pavilion & “Funbrella” Reservations:
The Park Forest Pool Picnic Pavilion and Welch Pool Funbrellas may be reserved during regular pool hours at the standard pavilion rate of $65R / $98 NR for the first three (3) hours plus $15 each additional hour (8 hr. or $140 max). All pavilion users (including non-swimmers) must pay the applicable admission fee or use their current season pass. All standard pool rules and regulations apply to group members. Proof of Liability Insurance must be submitted prior to all non-family group events. The Permit Revision and Cancellation Procedures apply to pavilion and Funbrella reservations.

• PARK FOREST POOL: One pavilion is available for renting. Pavilion holds eight 6-foot picnic tables, with a capacity of 48 visitors.
• WELCH POOL: Two Funbrellas (umbrella-structures) are available for rentaing. Each accommodates seven 6-foot picnic tables, with a capacity of 42 visitors. Note - smaller Funbrellas are not available for rent, and are first come-first served.

3. The provisions of the CRPR Large Group/Special Event/Fundraiser Policy may apply for rentals involving more than 75 people.
4.  Any or all vendors and service contractors utilized during a rental must be approved in advance. Additional requirements regarding insurance coverage, visitor safety, and facility operations may be specified by CRPR Staff.
5.  All Park Rules and regulations apply for use of facilities.
6. Severe Weather Policy:  Agency staff will attempt to reschedule groups at no additional charge during the current season, pending availability. If the pool schedule cannot accommodate a rescheduled date, a full refund or credit will be provided.
