"Special Olympics®" Sports Training Programs

Sports training programs are available for area residents ages 8 - 80 with mental retardation through the Centre County Special Olympics. Locally available programs are: Basketball, Bowling, Golf, Power Lifting, Skiing, Swimming, Softball, Tennis, Track & Field, Volleyball, Bocce. Special Olympics Sports Training Programs are made possible by volunteers sharing their coaching, fund raising, managerial, and people skills. If you would like to join the team as an athlete or volunteer, please call the Special Olympics® Pennsylvania office at (814) 234-8750.
