2008 ANNUAL CRPR HALLOWEEN COSTUME PARADE WINNERS
Held on Tuesday evening, October 28, 2008 - State College, PA 16801

The 2008 parade attracted 1400+ marchers in costumes. Prizes and treats were provided by the State College Lions Club.

Centre Region Parks & Recreation would like to thank the State College Area Lions Club, The State College Area School District, The State College Borough Police and the PSU Police as well as the many event volunteers & the Centre Region community for another successful parade! 63 Years and counting!
