Blood Pressure Screening
Blood pressure is one of the most important screenings because high blood pressure usually has no symptoms, so it can’t be detected without being measured.  Stop in on the third Wednesday of each month and receive a FREE blood pressure screening along with a short presentation on health and wellness, presented by OMNI.

Murder Mystery and Luncheon
Match your wits with the clues and the suspects as you try to solve the mystery! The Centre Region Active Adult Center has once again partnered with the Penn State University Recreation, Parks, and Tourism students to bring you an afternoon full of suspense! Book Discussion Group
Join an Adult Services Librarian from Schlow Centre Region Library for informational and entertaining discussions during our monthly Wednesday Book Discussion Group.  Discuss various plots, the exciting characters, worldwide settings, and more!  The book line-up includes:

Computer Education ClassesComputers
Active adults benefit from computer technology just as much as other age groups. In addition to communication, learning and entertainment, computer training can help the older individuals bridge the technology gap, which encourages self-confidence.
