Active Adults Hiking Group
Enjoy the great outdoors with a moderate hike in and around beautiful Centre County.  Hiking is beneficial to active adults in numerous ways. Active adults require four different types of exercise: endurance, strengthening, stretching and balance. Hiking includes all four types, as it improves heart health, reduces muscle loss, keeps your body flexible, and increases balance while preventing falls. Please visit www.crpr.org for hiking schedule.
