Intro to Mixed Martial Arts - Coed

Synergizing the four key elements of today’s popular “Mixed Martial Arts” as seen in the UFC; Muay Thai, BJJ, Boxing & Wrestling. Our Mixed Martial Arts program is practiced with safety in mind. Being an intro course, all classes are designed to improve skills, coordination and fitness. Other levels of classes are available for more experienced students! This class is meant for all fitness levels! Students must purchase CPAMMA boxing gloves or provide their own. Classes for teens and adults. (Fee covers 6 week session. Intro to Boxing - Coed

Boxing is the art and science of punching. The most complete and beneficial punching striking art for the modern striker. Students will get a great cardio workout in this upbeat and fun class. For those who just want to punch, you can also choose just to do the Boxing portion of the program which is based on one of the oldest combat arts known to man. This class is meant for all fitness levels! Influenced by Western Boxing. Students must purchase CPAMMA boxing gloves or provide their own. One “Intro” course per program, per student. Workout like never before in this positive, upbeat class for women only. Punch, kick, knee, and elbow your way into amazing shape. This class is meant for women of all fitness levels! Influenced by Muay Thai and Boxing but centered around a great workout that includes hitting pads/bags and ends with a world class ab workout! One “Intro” course per program, per student. Intro to Filipino Martial Arts/Silat/Arnis - Coed

This Reality Based MMA program is based around the techniques of Dog Brothers Martial Arts. Students will learn to use sticks and other various tools as a weapon along with learning knife defense and other Mixed Martial Arts techniques. This program is older than the popular Krav Maga and originated many of the defensive moves you see using weapons. One “Intro” course per program, per student. (Fee covers 6 week session.
