Zumba is a high-energy dance-based fitness class that uses Latin and International music and dance themes to create a fun and “easy-to-do” workout. Based on fitness principles of interval training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and muscle toning.

Challenge your cardiovascular system in this low impact, high intensity cardio workout. Class incorporates exercise steps & weights to increase your endurance. Participants work at their own intensity level. Steps and weights provided. Moderate level of difficulty.

Turbo Kick® is a workout that combines shadow boxing, kickboxing, sports drills, dancing, yoga, and simple dance moves in a party atmosphere where losing weight is the side effect of having FUN! Turbo Kick® is an interval based class that allows participants of any fitness level to participate and custom tailor their workouts. Each workout starts with a sport specific warm-up, bouts of intense intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength/ endurance training and a PiYo™ style cool down that work together to transform your body!

We are back! Aerobic dance is an hour of choreographed movement to a variety of music from the BeeGees to Lady Gaga! Starting with a warm up and floor-work, up-tempo toning, and finally aerobic dancing.
