for my group event?
To reserve a picnic pavilion for your group event, please contact CRPR at (814) 231-3071 with the following information:
- Proposed event location, date, times (set up, start time & end time).
- Contact information for person making the reservation (name, mailing address, phone and e-mail address).
- Will the event be catered? If so, certain pavilions are better suited for caterer access.
- Do you need electrical service at the park? Some of the pavilions have electrical service available (additional fee applies).
- Is it a family or non-family event?
- Number of people expected at event. Is your group small or large (greater than 100 people)...
For Family Events with less than 100 people If your event is a family picnic, you may pay the reservation fee over the telephone with a major credit card. |
For Non-family Events or Depending on the details of your planned event, a Certificate of Liability Insurance (or in some cases a signed waiver releasing CRPR of liability) will be required. Additional fees may be charged for large group events. Once all information is received and approved, you will be contacted for payment. Reservations for these events must be paid within 10 days of the initial request or the reservation will be automatically voided. |
