2012 Sportfield Reservation Requests
for reserving baseball fields, softball fields, soccer fields, etc.

Looking forward to outdoor sports? As a result of the demand for sportfields and in view of the maintenance costs involved, in 2008 the CRPR Board expanded the Sportfield Reservation Process for group activities (i.e., soccer, softball, baseball, leagues and tournaments) held on all municipal sportfields in the Centre Region.

Please note the CRPR "Safe Sportfield Policy" which prohibits play on saturated fields. This policy also applied to each field reservation permit.

The request deadline to reserve a sportfield is March 1 for all group sporting events scheduled for April - August. The sportfield reservation process will work similar to the long-established picnic pavilion reservation system. In addition,  CRPR is also authorized to issue permits to groups for the summer months for uses of specified outdoor sport facilities owned by State College Area School District.
