Morning Meditation (Tues. & Thurs., 7:00-7:50 AM)      Program #13402

Morning Meditation - Welcome the day with a gentle yoga flow. Combines warm-ups, gentle postures to increase flexibility, balance, strength and vitality AND restorative yoga to soothe and rejuvenate the nervous system, reduce stress, release long-held tension and calm the mind. This program, while held at the pool, will be on the deck or grass area

PiYO (Tues. & Thurs., 8:00-8:50 AM)                 Program #13403

PiYo is a Pilates and Yoga inspired workout. It is high intensity but low impact workout that focused on functional flexibility. PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. PiYo takes you through low-impact stretching, strengthening, and bodyweight resistance-based exercises that promote lean muscle development. But, the fast, flowing pace increases the intensity so you're not just sculpting and defining every muscle—you're burning major calories and fat. This program, while held at the pool, will be on the deck or grass area

Vinyasa Flow (Tues, & Thurs., 9:00-9:50 AM)                      Program #13404

Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that is one of the most popular styles of yoga in the United States. Also sometimes called "Flow Yoga," this type of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. The fluid, almost dance-like movements increase flexibility, strength, and stamina, as it calms the mind and improves overall health. This program, while held at the pool, will be on the deck or grass area
