-The
COG Ad Hoc Regional Park Committee: Roy Harpster & Ron
Woodhead
The
committee completed work on (1) COG Articles of Agreement
for the Planning, Development & Operation of Regional
Parks, (2) The Ownership Agreement for Whitehall Road Parklands,
and (3) the Development Lease to permit COG to plan and develop
the Oak Hall Parklands. Those documents are now being reviewed
by each municipality and will then come back for General
Forum action (the committee held their June meeting at Park
Forest Pool Pavilion). The committee has now been charged
with recommending one of the options for Park Forest Pool
to the General Forum, which will be discussed in detail at
their next meeting on Th 20 Jul 06, 12:15PM at COG Building
Forum Room.
