Agreement for Regional Park Planning & Development. It is also being reviewed by the COG Solicitor, so the final

- The proposed “Scope of Work” & RFP documents were approved by PA DCNR and were mailed out on
31 Jan 06 to: 1 Lead Design Firm, 18 Aquatic Design Firms & 8 Surveying Firms.
Proposals are due 21 Feb 06 for CRRA action in March.
