PHASE 1 FACILITIES

VIEW THE PHASE 1 PARK PLAN

All grading, erosion and sediment control and stormwater management for the entire park

Entrance improvements and parking for 2/3 of total cars to accommodate four softball fields

4 “All-Age” softball fields; 1 field will have lighting for late games

Restrooms with flush toilets, concessions stand, 2 story press box and umpire space

Perimeter trail and those interior walkways serving the development in phase I

All grading, erosion and sediment control and stormwater management for the 75-acre parcel

All parking and interior park roads

One set of restrooms with flush toilets and concessions stand

Perimeter trail and interior walkways serving the phase I facilities

7 rectangular fields and one rectangular practice field (all turf fields, includes players benches and goals)

1 larger diamond-shaped field for baseball

One large community pavilion (at the first core area near the concessions and playground/ basketball court)


FUNDING STRATEGY (PHASE 1): Municipal Funds, $300,000 State Grant Request, Contributions

PHASE 2 DEVELOPMENT PLANS: By June 2014, the participating municipalities will discuss the funding of the continued development of three regional parks: Hess Softball Field Complex, Oak Hall Park and Whitehall Road Park.

 

The CRPR Authority is a publicly-funded, municipal agency serving 5 municipalities since 1966. The Authority also maintains 501c3 status.
