GROUPS WELCOME AT MILLBROOK MARSH!

Plan your group program!

The nature center offers Guided Discovery Programs for children and adults to explore and learn more about Millbrook Marsh. These programs are created using academic standards and are great for classes, after-school groups, home-school students and scout groups. Programs are led by staff and volunteers; all activities are designed to have high value to students and a low impact on the marsh.

Scouting Programs at Millbrook Marsh
Millbrook Marsh Nature Center has group programs designed especially for scout groups (in addition to our regular group programs!) Participants will complete activities and explorations that meet all or some of the requirements for a badge or try-it, while exploring Millbrook Marsh Nature Center with a naturalist. Leaders can schedule a program just for your troop or gather several troops together. The Program Fee is $6.00 per participant, paid in advance; this fee may be increased depending on the cost of the Scout badges/pins.

2010 Children's Nature Programs for Small Groups 
(for groups of 20 children or less)
For grades K-5, including Scout groups
Choose one of  five special group programs led by MMNC staff and tailored to various ages (through Grade 5).
Program Fee is $6 per participant, paid in advance.

2010 Group Programs (for groups of 20 - 50)
For children and adult groups
The programs are led by MMNC staff. For additional information, a group representative should contact the Nature Center Recreation Supervisor for information and to schedule a group visit. Program Fee is $6 per participant, paid in advance.

2010 Facility Rental Information
The facilities at the nature center, which include the grounds, barn, and a new pavilion, are available for rent to groups, businesses, and individuals. This is a GREAT place for your next picnic, meeting, birthday party or other group activity.
