Nature Journaling and Art: Wed, Oct. 1, 6:30 PM
Join nature center staff to explore Millbrook Marsh and learn basic techniques to enjoy writing, sketching, or painting nature in a journal.
There is no fee for these programs but donations to the center are greatly appreciated! No registration is required.

Sue's Salves - The Making of Herbal Salves: Tues. Oct. 14, 6:30 PM
Meet at the nature center barn to hear Sue talk about the making of herbal salves and even sample a few! A fun presentation for anyone interested in herbs.
No registration is required.

Sunday, 2 Nov 08, 2–5 p.m. at the Millbrook Marsh Nature Center

Old Fashioned Displays, Homemade Goods, Corn Husk Dolls, Nature Walks, Live Music by The Tussey Mountain Moonshiners and Murphy’s Junction, Crafts and Games, Square Dancing, and much more … with free admission. This event is being planned and implemented by Penn State Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Management 356 students in cooperation with Millbrook Marsh Nature Center.

Fall Discovery Days at the Nature Center
Each Wednesday in September: 4-7 PM.  If you are interested in Millbrook Marsh Nature Center, this is a great time to visit! Discovery Days are a time for visitors to explore the nature center grounds, have a look around the barn, ask questions about programs, hike the trails or even bring a picnic! Nature Center staff will be on hand to answer questions and give directions. There is no charge to visit the center, but donations are accepted and appreciated. No registration is required.

LeafThe nature center grounds are open to the public from dawn to dusk each day. However, staff are not always available on-site.
