programs in the Centre Region
The Millbrook Marsh Nature Center was established in 1997 with the
cooperation of Penn State University, ClearWater Conservancy, and Centre
Regional Recreation Authority (CRRA). The nature center includes a
50-acre natural wetland and a 12-acre historic farmstead. The nature center is
operated by Centre Region Parks & Recreation, an agency of the Centre
Region Council of Governments, with support provided by a 16-member
Volunteer Advisory Committee.
