On Jan.16, 2001, the Centre Regional Recreation Authority formally established this committee to assist with guiding the development of nature center. Our thanks to each member for their
volunteer efforts
since the center was formed in 1997.
The committee
also oversees the operation of the nearby, 45-acre Thompson
Woods Preserve and the 15-acre Stan Yoder Preseve in Boalsburg. Terms of appointments are for
two years. The group bylaws are available HERE. The public is invited to attend all meetings
of the advisory committee. The committee meets quarterly (on the 3rd Wednesday of Mar-June-Sep-Nov at 4
