2. APPROVAL OF THE MEETING SUMMARY from 15 Oct 08 (Attachment #1)
3. OPERATIONAL REPORTS:
• The Proposed 2009 Budget has been forwarded to each municipality by the General Forum for their
official adoption. Details will be provided at the January Meeting.
• Other staff reports will be presented at the January meeting.
• The End-of-Season 2008 report has been posted on the CRPR website.
4. BUSINESS ITEMS
•2009 Fee Policy: Molly Hetrick
Advisory Committee members made individual recommendations via email to endorse the 2009
Fee Policy for Authority action. An official motion and vote is requested.
5. CAPITAL PROJECT
• “The Spring Creek Education Building” Planning Session: Alan Popovich
The discussion today will be based upon prior discussions with the committee, and will permit
the architects to finalize aspects of the building - so that a final design may be proposed
in the near future.
- The architectural services agreement was signed by the Authority Chair in November.
- Our thanks to Dr. Rob Brooks for performing the wetland determination.
- ELA Group is now proceeding with the necessary survey work.
- The approved plans for the parking areas have been forwarded to HP Architects to include on
the Land Development Plan.
• FORMING A “BUILDING SUBCOMMITTEE”: Rick Marboe
The Building Subcommittee will be a small group (3 - 4 members) responsible for working with
Authority staff regarding design decisions. Staff or Authority members may call on this group for
recommendations and guidance. The Subcommittee will include the Chair and Recreation
Supervisor, plus two others. Reports will be made to keep the Advisory Committee updated on the
subcommittee actions.
