4. SPECIAL PRESENTATION- PSU Center for Sustainability (CFS) - Development Plans:

This presentation has been scheduled so that the CFS could review the proposed Master Plan for their
site off Porter Road, and the Advisory Committee could explore any future impacts or opportunities
presented by that proposal. It is expected that most of the meeting may be devoted to this topic, since
PA DCNR recommended that the CFS obtain a letter of endorsement from the Recreation Authority to
accompany their grant application. A recommendation from the Advisory Committee will then be
provided to the CRRA for their consideration. The CFS proposal was outlined to Ron Woodhead and Molly Hetrick at a meeting on 23 Mar 07.
